Message	and there were two mortages held by two banks, which really bogged down the negotiations. I ended up getting a really good price The owner and the second bank got a haircut. My appraisal came in at >8 grand more than I paid. House is a sleeper from the front. Another thing I like, the front of the house is hidden from the road behind this row of tall trees on the left. The lot goes down to the stop sign at the red arrow.
